Special Terms For Sign-up Offers: Before accessing our sign-up offers you have to check and update any outdated information registered on your profile page. Your registered name and surname must be in full and abbreviations are NOT allowed. You must use the same name and email address registered on your profile to sign-up for offers. Only one person per household is allowed to "try" offers. To protect the participating advertisers from repeated "trials", it's NOT allowed to try the same offer again by cancelling and re-applying on behalf of your family members. Please keep in mind that we keep records of your information and IP logs permanently even if you terminate your account. However, there is no limitation to this as long as you "buy" the product or do not cancel the service which is offered by the advertiser. Approval of completed offers takes at least 1 month. We can not shorten this period any further so as to protect the participating advertisers from multiple signups and cancellations which may occur in a short period. Payments earned from completed offers will be made according to the level of identification proof you provide besides the information which is registered on your profile page : Level-1 "Non-verified members" Members who do NOT want to supply additional identification proof can request their earnings only via "Verified" Paypal accounts. (It is still required to keep accurate information on your profile and update when necessary e.g. when your postal address changes ) Level-2 "Telephone verified members" If you verify your telephone number by using our automated verification system, your earnings will be paid via any Paypal account or a gift card of your selection. Level-3 "Telephone and identity verified members" If you verify your telephone number and provide additional documents for proof of identity, your earnings will be paid through E-gold, Paypal or gift cards. (custom solution is also possible like bank wire or ACH direct deposit) We also give additional bonuses to "Level-3" verified members: Bonus-1: Earn 10% extra bonus for all offers completed. Bonus-2: Get additional special "high paying" offers which are not normally offered to other members. In the case of suspicious activities, Matrixmails has the right to require proof of identity. Your name and surname on the proof of identity document and your registered name and surname must be identical. If you fail to provide us with proof of identity within 1 month, or if we find out that the submitted documentation is misleading, your account will be terminated and all earnings will be voided. Matrixmails reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the reception of the required documentation. For security reasons, Matrixmails doesn't store any kind of documentation copies online and/or offline. Matrixmails has the right to terminate a member’s participation in the program, if it is considered that the member, in any way, misused or manipulated the above stated terms. Please note that our primary goal is to protect your membership as we "need" all our members to be able to keep this site up and running, but we can not tolerate fraudulent activities or members who try to cheat our advertisers, by violating the above stated terms.
